WHO AM I?

Born in Hamburg, but raised in Poland, I’ve been editing videos since I was young. Today, I’ve graduated from Multimedia Design in Denmark, and currently live in Iceland where I work and continue building a community of editors online, that I oversee with Louie Salazar.

My editing style is primarily driven by creating intimacy, chemistry, and emotions. I like to use close-ups to extenuate character drama with carefully crafted narrative focus and image manipulation that can place two characters from separate productions into the same frame.

That’s the basis of the “manip” community, where likeminded people come together to work, either jointly or separately, on editing projects where we create our own stories out of pre-existing ones.

While I’ve been involved in that for years now, my primary goal is to get an opportunity to work on feature films for cinema.

I’m currently studying at the Icelandic Film School, in the Creative Technologies department, where I’m on my 3rd semester, with a grade-point average of 9.5/10 from my first two semesters.
